Really good Stay, Highly Recommended

helpful staff convenient location

The staff were helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. My room was also quite spacious, nice for comfortable movement and relaxation. I especially appreciated the convenient location, which facilitated easy access to many attractions and amenities. The regular linen changes and thorough room cleaning also added to my comfort.

The street outside the hotel had a noticeable incline, made walking with luggage a bit difficult.

pleasant staff great location daily cleaning faulty air conditioning missing chair

I found the staff really pleasant. they were always warm and cute. the location was great. It was a short walk to the grand bazaar. the room was a good size and it was cleaned every day. i appreciated that.

The air conditioning did not work well. my room was too warm even with the ac on. This made the room very noisy. work started early each morning and continued late into the night. a chair was missing from the room and there was space for only one bedside table.

The hotel is near the main street. I found mini-markets and cafes close. Room cleaning happened every day. The reception staff was nice. They were always ready to assist. The LOCATION is convenient.

The lift did not work for two days . This made accessing my room a bit inconvenient.

I found the room very clean. daily cleaning ensured fresh sheets and towels. arfan, the host, was kind and helpful. He spoke perfect english. conversations with him about the area were very pleasant.

a system error showed my paid late check-out as a normal check-out. noise came from an electric device within the air conditioning area.

the location is great with walking distances to many attractions like aya sophia, blue mosque, and the grand bazaar. a nearby tram provides easy access around the area. i found the bazaars very nice with reasonable prices.
